On August 11, 2023, the 13th Thua Thien Hue Technical Innovation Contest 2023 was organized to evaluate 75 projects submitted to the Contest. The Technical Innovation Contest is held annually to encourage the creativity of people in the fields of science and technology, to promote the efficient application of technological advances into daily life and production, and to support socioeconomic development; Additionally, to honor and recognize the contributions of scientists of different social backgrounds who have contributed to Thua Thien Hue with practical technical solutions that have great socioeconomic efficiency; Moreover, the Contest aims to choose typical scientific works and technical solutions to compete in the National Science and Technology Innovation Award in 2023 as well as the 17th National Technical Innovation Contest (2022-2023).
This year, 75 projects were submitted to the Contest, including those in the following fields: Information technology, Electronic engineering, and Telecommunications (06 projects); Automatic mechanical engineering, Construction, and Transport (06 projects); Material, Chemical, and Energy (05 projects); Agriculture, Forestry, Natural resources, and Environment (10 projects); Medicine and Pharmacy (19 projects); Education and Training (29 projects).
The Organizing Committee has issued a decision to establish 06 specialized examination boards, grading regulations, and awarding structures.
The Contest was held on August 11, 2023 at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, No. 06 Ngo Quyen Street, Hue City.
