Currently, one of the best methods to enhance wood quality is the “Stabilizing Wood” method and the strenthen-wood is called “Stabilized Wood”. After being strengthened, the wood will have the characteristics of enhancement: fireproof, termite resistant, moisture resistant, not deformed due to weather effects, high mechanical strength. Although the “wood stabilization” approach can not only completely overcome the inherent weakness of existing wood, it also enhances wood quality many times, but this method still not widely available and has an extremely small consumer market, because of 4 major disadvantages: too complicated to implement; low productivity; take a lot of time; finished wood has a high price. To solve these above problems, the authors created an automated chain system, based on this manual stabilization method: “THE AUTOMATIC WOOD EFFICIENCY SYSTEM AT THE Cell Level”.
This is a method of using an enhancer to fill and replace the empty spaces created by the arrangement of wood cells. After being strengthened, the wood will have the characteristics of an enhancer such as: fireproof, termite resistant, moisture resistant, not deformed due to weather effects, very high mechanical strength.
+ Instead of just soaking the wood in the enhancer as manual method that take a lot of time, the system has a pneumatic cylinder to increase the pressure, shorten the penetration time of the enhancer from a few days down to few hours.
+ The system is AUTOMATICALLY operated Y with high precision. The operator only needs to put the wood in and take out the wood. Therefore, it will not take as much effort to monitor each step as manually.
+ The strengthen effect is higher for the low quality wood groups (because there are more empty spaces in these kinds of wood than expensive wood).
