Thua Thien Hue Union of Science and Technology Associations. On March 18, 2020, the Provincial People’s Committee issued Plan No. 84 / KH-UBND on the organization of the 10th Thua Thien Hue Technical Innovation Competiton in 2020 to promote the creative labor movement of the whole people in the field of science and technology; promoting the effective application of scientific research results and technical solutions into production and life, contributing to socio-economic development and task performance. industrialize and modernize the country; Honoring and acknowledging the merits of scientific researchers, workers, farmers, innovators with useful technical solutions and initiatives that have been applied in Thua Thien Province and bring high socio-economic efficiency; At the same time, through which, selecting scientific works and technical solutions participated in the 16th National Technical Innovation Contest (2020-2021) and the National Science and Technology Innovation Award of the year 2020.
The organizing time is from March to December 2020. In particular, the time of receiving the dossier from the announcement of the Competition Rules to 17:00, July 31, 2020.
Organization of examinations: From 10 to 20/8/2020. Selection and completion of applications for nationwide participation: From August 21 to August 30, 2020. Organizing the closing ceremony, awarding ceremony: November 20, 2020.
All creative and technical solutions for production, life, economy, society, security and defense have the right to attend the Competition. The exam solutions register in the following 6 areas:
Information technology, electronics and telecommunications;
Mechanical automation, construction, transportation;
Materials, chemicals, energy;
Agriculture, forestry, fishery, natural resources and environment;
Pharmacy;
Education and training.
All Vietnamese individuals in the country and abroad, foreigners are working and living in Thua Thien Hue, regardless of age, composition, ethnicity, occupation having technical solution resulting from creative activities, innovations, science and technology innovation application in socio-economic activities created and applied in Thua Thien Hue province have the right to attend the Competition. All organizations that have invested in creating technical solutions have the right to attend the Competition. In this case, those who directly participate in the technical solution are registered in the author’s name as the author or group of authors of such technical solution.
Regarding awards, winning topics and solutions will be recognized by the Provincial People’s Committee . The Organizing Committee awarded the Certificate of award and bonus according to the Provincial People’s Committee in 2020. The authors preside over the FIRST, SECOND and THIRD prize will be proposed to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor by the Organizing Committee to consider granting a Creative Labor Certificate. Young authors who are UNI0N members and youth who have works and solutions that win first prizes are proposed by the Organizing Committee to Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee to consider awarding the Creative Youth Badge. High-ranking scientific works and technical solutions will be selected to participate in the National Science and Technology Awards 2020 and the 16th National Technical Innovation Competiton (2020-2021). In addition, the Organizing Committee will award certificates and awards to the units and individuals who have excellent achievements in propaganda, dissemination and organization of the Competition.
