Abstract: The result shows that the hydration processes of waste fish and extracted oil peanut waste are optimum conditions atadding 4% A. oryzae N2 bioproduct, temperature of 35oC, during 30 days which obtain the highest of total nitrogen, content of amino acid, ratio of nitrogen and production of hydrolyzed solution.
The mix ration of waste fish and extracted oil peanut waste is 2:1 which obtain the highest of total nitrogen, content of amino acid, ratio of hydrolyzed solutionproductionrespectively 31.88%, 5.38g/L và 70.82%. This hydrolyzed solutionis applied for growing lettuce by organic hydroponic in the net house. The qualities of lettuce were analysed after 40 days of growing at the concentration of 3% hydrolyzed solution(CT3) show that fiber, content of vitamin C and inverted sugar is higher than control (CT0) but there is no statistically significant difference.
Application
Currently, the research is being applied in the high-tech agricultural membrane system of the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University in Tu Ha, Huong Tra, Thua Thien Hue province. The solution can be applied to most hydroponic systems in the country. Being implemented and deployed at the agricultural high-tech greenhouse system of University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University in Tu Ha, Huong Tra, Thua Thien Hue.
Socio-economic efficiency
This solution helps to solve the environmental problem of by-products (waste coffee and peanut meal) into a low-cost source of nutrients for crops. Products of economic benefit increase 15-20%. Especially, producing high quality organic fruit and vegetable products without using chemicals and protecting the environment. This solution also contributes to the training in the University and the development of Edufarm (Educational Farm) for preschool children, grade 1, 2 and 3 students. Products participated in fairs in the province (Association Food market in May 2019 and Agricultural Fair of Thua Thien Hue province in September 2019) and outside the province (Techfest in Quang Nam province in May, 2019).
