On the morning of June 3, 2023, Thua Thien Hue Union of Science and Technology Associations (HUSTA) held the 2nd Extended Executive Committee Meeting, 2023 to elect additional member of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and the Chairman of HUSTA for the term V, from 2018 to 2025.
At the meeting, there was the presence of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Standing Member of Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Dang Van Son, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Minh, Deputy Director of Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Nguyen Kim Tung, Deputy Director of Department of Science and Technology; Dr. Do Thi Xuan Dung, Vice President of Hue University; As for the Executive Committee of HUSTA, there were Dr. Ho Thang, Vice President in charge, members of the Executive Committee of the term V, 2018 – 2025, and heads of member associations and affiliated organizations.
Accordingly, Dr. Ho Dac Thai Hoang was appointed to the position of the Chairman of Thua Thien Hue Union of Science and Technology Associations for the term V, 2018–2025, as well as a member of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of HUSTA, beginning on June 3, 2023.
