The coronavirus disease of 2019 (COVID-19), which is brought on by the novel SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, is a global epidemic that has killed millions of people and sickened hundreds of millions more. According to figures from the Ministry of Health, there have been more than 11 million infections, 500 cases, and more than 43,000 fatalities in Vietnam to date. The majority of infected individuals recover and resume normal health during therapy and monitoring in 2–6 weeks, however, some individuals continue to experience symptoms for weeks or even months following recovery. While receiving treatment and being monitored, the majority of infected people recover in 2–6 weeks and resume their normal lives, but some continue to experience symptoms weeks or even months after recovering from an acute COVID-19 illness, even though they are no longer contagious during this time. Even those with mild illnesses who are not hospitalized can endure lingering symptoms, and some patients can experience medical complications that can have an impact on their long-term health. It is possible to refer to this ongoing decline in the patient’s health caused by Covid-19 as Acute Post-Covid-19 Syndrome.
In Vietnam, we have controlled the epidemic, although there are still complicated developments, there are many new strains in the world, and some nations continue to take very drastic measures to avoid and control the epidemic. Vietnam’s recovery and socioeconomic development saw numerous beneficial outcomes as a result of the epidemic’s management, and the nation made significant advancements in all spheres. Vietnam’s accomplishments and outcomes are greatly admired throughout the world.
