Author: Thuy Tien On November 30, 2023, the Chairman of Thua Thien Hue Union of Scienceand Technology Associations (HUSTA) signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the Graduate School of Global Environmental Studies (GSGES), Kyoto University, Japan. Prior to this, the
