Health HueUMP was built according to the urgent need of the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic in the country as well as in the world. The project was started from the beginning of March 2020, before the situation has had applications of the Ministry of Health, Thua Thien Hue province on declaration of health information for the people. However, the use of data from applications of the Ministry of Health and the province currently has no mechanism, so the HueUMP cannot access such health data proactively and quickly at the moment. Health HueUMP has helped functional departments, the rectorate board have accurate, confidential and complete data for effective management, forecasting and plans during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Health HueUMP has gone beyond a mere portal for declaring epidemiological questions related to Covid-19 epidemics, which is a data management and reporting tool with integrated accurate, intuitive information. Many modern technologies such as: centralized authentication, decentralization according to authentication information, GPS positioning at a time (no real-time location), responsive web design, intelligent data tables (DataTables), smart chart, digital maps, MS Excel file reports, data exchange by JSON … These technologies are used in applications of major developers around the world.
